Can i return or exchange the bouquet ?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with its quality, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will review the situation and do our best to find a fair solution
